Overview
At CARIAD, I supported internal DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives by designing a series of campaign posters and creating the visual identity for our DEI guild. These assets were utilized throughout the company to support cultural moments, promote inclusion, and foster a more inclusive and welcoming environment for employees of all backgrounds. While the projects were lightweight from a technical standpoint, they were rich in purpose and impact.

Created the logo and branding for the internal DEI guild
Collaborated with ERGs, HR, and internal communications to align messaging
Advocated for inclusive, accessible design across visuals
Design Approach
